Yakult, known for its fermented milk drink, is at the forefront of scientific research and education into gut microbiota. Science for Health, the research division behind Yakult, are committed to supporting healthcare professionals by enhancing the understanding of probiotics.
After initially winning a pitch to design a range of pull up banners for Yakult’s Science for Health division in 2019, Identity Creative have formed a relationship with the Science for Health department, working with the team on a range of marketing collateral.
Science for Health have since approached Identity Creative to modernise their brand, creating a new merged logo mark that is combined with the parent brand, Yakult. The resulting logo has been implemented across educational leaflet designs, promotional postcards, pull banners, etc.
By introducing new abstract graphic elements, that supplement the new logo, we were able to illustrate the science at the heart of Yakult in a unique way. A clean and contemporary appearance has been applied across brand collateral, in order to deliver the key messaging in a simple yet engaging manner. This new visual style and logo will be implemented on all Science for Health’s designed marketing materials going forward to maintain a consistent look and feel to ensure brand recognition.
